We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Yep, if you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied. That's why we'll happily give you your money back on any of our product range. All we ask is that you try our products and if you are not completely happy, simply return the items within 30-days from the date of delivery (and yes the items need to be returned) and we'll refund you.
Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order and all you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and you'll receive your refund. Only items returned will be approved for a refund.
Yes, we love animals as much as you do and therefore, we would never test our products on any animals!
Yes, our products are safe during pregnancy. If you have serious concerns, we recommend talking to your GP. However, our products do not contain any chemicals that will harm you or the baby.
We will be happy to refund you as long as you provide us photos of your reaction. If you have known nuts allergies, we suggest consulting your GP first. $10 AUS for shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds.

No! Our subscription service is optional and you can still buy our products without our monthly subscription.

Our subscription service means you receive products delivered to your door each month or bimonthly, PLUS you save 25% on every order. The payment will be deducted from your account automatically and the product will be sent as soon as the payment is successful. You’re able to skip payments where needed, adjust which products you are receiving and cancel anytime. Shipping cost is FREE.

Yes! The subscription service is flexible and allows you to change, swap or amend your delivery schedule or products. Just use your account to change, swap, amend or cancel your subscription.

Can I use Afterpay on your subscription service?
Unfortunately, Afterpay does not allow subscription services in conjunction with their service. If you would like to use our subscription service and take advantage of the 25% off per month, you will need to use debit or a credit card.

You have other things to worry about, the shipping of your products shouldn’t add to it. That’s why we keep our shipping policy for orders shipped within Australia simple and free by Australia Post. Delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

No problem, we ship all express orders within Australia for only $3.95 AUD. Delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will need to wait for it to reach you and either reject delivery or return your order back to us for a refund. $10 AUS shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds.

If your parcel is undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be sent back to our warehouse. If you wish to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipping fee of $10 AUS. If you wish to be refunded, we will refund you the amount of your purchase minus $20 AUD for the shipping fee to and from your country. We are not held liable if you enter an incomplete or incorrect address.
